About the Hill Head Residents' Association

Hill Head Residents' Association was formed in 1946. The earliest surviving Minutes, dated June 1947, states "There was general agreement that the main function of the Association should be the bringing to the attention of the appropriate authorities, for their action, any matters affecting the interests of the Community as such."

Today our Constitution is little changed.

We have two main aims:-

Hill Head has a population of about 7,100 (2001 census).

Our membership tends to be from the older age groups but we are very keen to have members from all age groups, occupations and interests as we wish to be sure that we can represent the interests of Hill Head community accurately.

We have no party political or religious connections whatever.
